What a breath of fresh air to call a business with a person's name and for that same person to pick up the phone. Earlier my wife and I have been put on hold or navigate an endless maze of automated system options. I cracked the windshield of my rental truck, yes it's not even mine, and long story short, I'm on the hook to replace it because I didn't opt in on the insurance (more on that later). I don't know the make and model, it was one of those long Ford cargo vans, and so the automated systems got me stumped and unable to proceed. It was a relief to have a human voice on the other end to explain my situation, and Kyle was able to give me a reasonable quote even without the truck information (he did it through the VIN). Not only that, he was able to have it fixed the day before the truck was due to be returned. The guy he sent, David, did a great job and finished it within an hour. My only regret was that the truck can't fit inside the garage and there was no tree to shade the truck so David had to work under the heat of the unforgiving Phoenix sun. David put me at ease though and he was a real pro about it. Kyle and his team are a lifesaver and I couldn't recommend them enough. As for that insurance, should I have taken it and save myself the trouble? Maybe, but when compared to the cost of the windshield replacement, the replacement cost was still less ... which only reminded me why I declined the insurance in the first place.Don MarshallAugust 11, 2024Kyles Fast Auto Glass, came out to repair a chip in our windshield. They were very prompt, did a great repair and were a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair.Terry WellsAugust 9, 2024Kyle’s Fast Auto Glass did a great job with replacing the windshield on my F150. The replacement was a genuine Ford windshield, exactly the same as what I had. Additionally, they took care of the calibration required for the lane departure sensor (installed in the rear view mirror). I was very impressed with how quickly Kyle’s Auto Glass responded.
